Bairavaa Complete Review From Critics:
The film Bairava has too many interesting points to talk about. Bairava 1st half Starts as a light entertainer and then the movie suddenly moves to a serious medical college flashback and has an explosive interval block. Good point is that the Bairavaa comes with the package of good things in the 1st half. The special highlights in the first half of the film are the Rocking cricket fight, the funny rowdies, the dreamy Nillayo, the flashback episodes and the theri interval fight. There are so many positives about the film. Vijay is a major highlight with his performance in the film. It is very Good to see SaNa in form with his RR. And this is the big positive point for the film. The way Varlaam Varlaam Vaa explodes in the interval is adrenaline pumping.
The second half of the film then Shifts to Tirunelveli. The film straight away Gets into a typical commercial mode with #Vijay taking on Jagapati Babu and family sentiments etc. There are some Okayish moments in the second half. The film Has a social msg about the need for educational institution heads also to be well-qualified. The first half & Vijay’s screen presence in the 1st half is the better one. But Vijay & festival will ensure a Hit for sure, and the fans are going to rock the show all away. His fitness, agility are astounding. There is a shirt less scene in the film and Vijay did it with perfection. The shirtless scene is one more highlight in the film.
Also, the Interval bangs keep getting better and better with each Vijay film, and it reaches all new heights in Bairavaa. It is one of the best sequences in the film. And as expected a very mediocre second half in Bairavaa makes you walk out of the hall with an iota of disappointment too. But then there are some solid, extremely well-choreographed fight scenes and Vijay’s effervescent screen presence makes Bairavaa a decent watch
- Slow Narration
- Mediocre Second half
