Vijay’s Theri as Policeodu

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is one of the highest paid Tamil actors and he scored stupendous hits over there. When many young actors like Suriya, Vishal, Vikram and Karthi established their market in Tollywood, Vijay failed to make it big in Tollywood with his films. Though his movie Thuppakki ended up as a decent entertainer, his later movies have not been entertained by the audience all over. He has been struggling to establish himself in Tollywood. His last movie Puli released in record number of screens and the movie ended as the biggest debacle in Telugu and Tamil languages.

Vijay is now back with his next movie which has been titled as Theri. Talented director Atlee who made his directorial debut with Raja Rani directed this mass entertainer which has huge dose of action throughout. Vijay will be seen in two completely different roles in the movie in which one of them will be a cop’s role. Samantha and Amy Jackson played the female leads in the movie. The recently released theatrical trailer is a smashing hit all over and it raised the expectations on the film.

Theri has been widely discussed even in Tollywood after the release of the theatrical trailer. Top producer Dil Raju acquired the theatrical rights of the movie and he is currently busy with the dubbing formalities. The movie has been titled as Policeodu and the makers are in hunt for a suitable release date of the movie. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music and the telugu audio of the movie will be released during the first week of April. Kalaipuli S Thanu produced Theri on V Creations banner. The movie will hit the screens across the world on April 14th all over. Vijay pinned huge hopes and is in plans to establish a decent market in Tollywood with Policeodu.
